F/T BUSINESS ANALYST

• Design and ensure proper use of new forms, reports, budgets, procedures or equipment according to organizational policy and prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively;

• Communicate with personnel to ensure successful functioning of newly implemented procedures;

• Provide strategic analysis and support for the Annual Budget and Planning review process;

• Analyze budget submissions for accuracy and appropriateness, provides written recommendations to CEO on requests for improvement, and when necessary, reductions;

• Coordinates preparation and development of monthly and quarterly financial reporting and develops explanations of variances between budgeted and actual revenues and expenditures;

• Evaluate departmental revenue and expenditure estimates and make necessary changes;

• Provide strategic vision and leadership for growing business through sustaining existing successful markets;

• Work with CEO to create/plan strategies to enhance business revenue and customer satisfaction;

• Conduct on-site observations to ascertain unit functions, work performed, service quality standards, merchandising, sanitization, maintenance of equipment and staff safety practices;

• Create incentive programs as needed.

Job location: Fullerton, CA. Offered Wage: $79,394/year.

Master’s Degree in Business Administration is required.
